These terms govern your access to and use of Mushion — the global fabric sourcing and delivery platform built for designers, brands, and creators worldwide. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by them. Please read carefully.
Who We Are
Mushion is a global fabric sourcing platform operated from Lagos, Nigeria. We curate, verify, and deliver heritage cloth, premium lace, and globally sourced fabrics to designers, brands, and makers worldwide.
References to "Mushion", "we", "us", or "our" throughout these terms refer to the Mushion platform and its operators. "You" refers to any individual or business accessing or using the platform.
Account Registration
To place orders on Mushion you must create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to register. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and that you have the authority to enter into these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these terms, or engage in behaviour harmful to other users or the platform.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if a fabric becomes unavailable or if there is an error in the listed price.
Minimum order quantities may apply to certain fabrics and will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards, and bank transfers where indicated. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners — Mushion does not store raw card details.
If a payment is declined or reversed after an order has been dispatched, we reserve the right to recover the outstanding amount and to suspend your account until the balance is settled.
Delivery
We currently deliver worldwide. Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of order confirmation. International shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and logistics conditions. Delays caused by shipping partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of these terms.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the address provided.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Mushion platform — including fabric photography, catalogue descriptions, branding, the moodboard tool, and platform design — is owned by or licensed to Mushion and is protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (such as saving an image for reference) is permitted.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission.
Reselling fabrics purchased on Mushion is permitted. Using the platform to misrepresent fabric origins, defraud other parties, or facilitate counterfeit goods is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mushion's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost production time, or reputational harm — even if we were advised of the possibility of such losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be governed under Nigerian law and handled by the appropriate courts within Nigeria.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-platform notice.
Continued use of Mushion after any update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you should discontinue use of the platform.
